Kathy Cho
Vice President / Sr. Creative Director

Kathy has long outstanding records of graphic and advertising in various companies, she also has more than 20 years of experience in graphic design, TV commercial production, account management, brand development, and event production. For the past 12 years Kathy was the President of a successful boutique ad agency called Inception Marketing&Advertising Inc.  Currently she is building a team of creative and business manager in the Los Angeles, San Francisco and Las Vegas area that would provide additional value to her clients.

 

Kathy is involved in few key local community based organizations and participates regularly in major social events. She has been behind many of the client's most successful campaigns, which includes Penske Toyota (Asian Market Introduction), Groove Radio, Crown Royal, JD Power, Hawaiian Chair, Korean-American Chamber Coalition (Annual Gala Fund Raiser), Chungho USA (Product introduction in US), Edong Korean Rice Wine, Hana Financial, Aroma Sport Center, Umeken, Nongshim USA, Pechanga Resort & Casino.

 

In her position, Kathy provides clients with a seamless experience from the start of a project to its completion, and she exhibits true grace under pressure no matter how complex the initiative, need, or request.

Drawing on her business expertise, her love of all things creative, her ability to sift through the chaff to find the kernel, and her stunning sense of style, she's always ready for the next CHALLEGE.

 

Kathy graduated at UC Berkeley, and she  worked as Sr. Director of DVD department at Warner Brother Film, and also woked at DMZ, AGI.

Ken Oak
Chief Producer 

Ken is the leader of Oak and Gorski (formerly known as Ken Oak Band) that an American folk-rock music group based in California. Billboard Magazine described the Ken Oak Band as "soulful" and "calming". Oak and Gorski are an acoustic duo composed of Ed Gorski and Ken Oak. Commonly billed as a 'cello rock' act, they consistently captivate audiences with their unique combination of cello and acoustic guitar providing a minimalist backdrop for sincere songwriting. Ken has been included on the soundtrack to major motion pictureShe's the Man, completed five national tours and produced two albums under their own label, Cello Rock Records.

 

His debut album Symposium, released in October 2005, was the only album under this line up. The song "Inda" from Symposium was featured in the 2006 movie She's the Man, as well as in the film's soundtrack. Ken Oak and Ed Gorski continue performing under the name "Ken Oak Band", and in 2006, the duo released their own album, Vienna to Venice, while on their third national tour. The Ken Oak Band provided backing music for the Megan Lee song "Breathe Into Me". The band was also featured in Far*East Movement's album Folk Music in their song "Smile."

 

Ken is featured in Chinese American rapper Jin's Cantonese album ABC, in his song "Wun Lern Chon", where he plays the cello in the background. Early 2009 the band changed its name to "Oak & Gorski" and released their third album entitled Good Advice, Bad Advice. Adopting what is rapidly becoming a common approach for independent artists such as Jenny Owen Youngs and Jim Bianco, Ken launched a fundraising campaign on Kickstarter on September 1, 2010. In 30 days they raised $13,368—surpassing their initial target of $10,000. His EP entitled Love Destroyer was released on December 14, 2010, and he released his newest single Sounds Like Love on January 27, 2012.

 

Ken has sold over 25,000 albums independently. He has recently completed a month-long residency at Hotel Café, Los Angeles.

David Chae

With 10 years experience in the national advertising sales, team management and new business development arena David has a proven track record of achievement in highly competitive market environments. He has had a career showing consistent increases in responsibility across a wide range of business functions, technologies and geographic territories.

 

David spent 10 year at event companies becoming one of their top performers as Entertainment Executive, and he managing their event operations. During that time he built the team of event executives in the Los Angeles, and focused to assist midsize companies to develop multi year marketing strategy and develop niche market opportunities.

 

David received his event and promotion training from major event companies, and he has worked with Major companies to expand their goods and services into Asian American target audience. During his six year tenure, he worked on many major accounts that company handled including, Gatorade, Snapple, Dreyfus, Warner Brothers Pictures (Clint Eastwood movies), Paul Mitchell Hair Care, Massachusetts Financial Services, Yonex Golf, Chef America, KIA Automotive, Acura USA, Crayola, Simmons Mattresses, Fisher-Price, Mattel, Schlage Locks, and L.A. Gear.
